We charge a single hourly rate across all nine of our services. No tiered pricing, no registration fees, no additional charges for bank holidays or weekends — just a clear, honest rate that covers everything.

We publish our rate because we believe transparency is part of the service. Most families have enough uncertainty to navigate without wondering what the bill will be. We remove that uncertainty entirely.

There are no contracts to sign and no minimum commitment. Arrange visits as regularly or occasionally as suits you, and give us reasonable notice for any changes.

Consistency is fundamental. We do not rotate staff or send whoever is available.

Every helper, verified before their first visit. Documentation available on request.

Free introductory visit

We arrange a first meeting before anything begins, at no charge.

Change, pause or cancel visits with reasonable notice — no penalties.

Yes — £33 per hour is the complete cost. There are no registration fees, no admin charges, no cancellation penalties and no hidden costs of any kind. What you are quoted is what you pay.
Our minimum visit length is one hour. Most clients arrange visits of one to three hours. We are flexible and will always work around what suits you and your loved one best.
Yes — we charge a single hourly rate across all nine of our services. Whether we are providing companionship, preparing a meal, accompanying someone to an appointment or any other service, the rate is the same.
We will discuss invoicing arrangements during your initial conversation. We aim to make the administrative side of things as simple as possible for families.
We ask for reasonable notice for changes or cancellations — typically 24 to 48 hours where possible. We understand that circumstances change and we will always work with you, not against you.
Yes — completely. The initial conversation carries no cost and no obligation whatsoever. We will never pressure you to commit and you are welcome to take as long as you need to decide.
