Yes — consistency is fundamental to our service. We always aim for the same helper every visit and give advance notice if anything changes.
No. We do not require long-term contracts. Arrange visits regularly or as needed, with reasonable notice for changes.

Yes — all helpers are DBS checked before any work begins and we carry full public liability insurance. Details available on request.
